Overview
IANR realizes and celebrates the contributions and impact that employees make every day and provides meaningful approaches to acknowledge such contributions.
What's Happening Now
Recognition is not a new concept, but we are always looking for ways that we can improve our rewards and recognition programs within IANR. We are currently evaluating these processes and working to develop a culture of ongoing appreciation.
Never underestimate the power of positive feedback. Take a minute to recognize a co-worker or team member who has done something great recently. It can be as simple as an email or hand written thank you note, or a kudos in your next team meeting.
