Supporting and developing our HR/Payroll staff is our priority. We provide relevant and personalized training based on the academic cycle and needs of our personnel. Having a well-trained proactive HR/Payroll staff is key to the success of IANR.
What We Do
- IANR specific process questions, training and process improvement
- Assist Payroll Office with policy and process implementation within IANR
- Serve as backup for IANR HR Business Center HR/Payroll Coordinators and Payroll Associates
- Assist with training in the HRIS system
